COS programming gives the flexibility to tailor Feature Access to suit requirements.
COSs are defined in the Class of Service Options Form.
COSs can be assigned in the Station Attributes Form and the Trunk Attributes Form.

- COS 1-99 can be used
- COS 100 is used by ARS for routing calls over Direct IP Routes
- COS 101 is used for devices that use IP Device Only.
- COS 102-110 are reserved, do not use.
